What to Expect at This Scottsdale Cars and Coffee Event

Have a car you'd like to show off? Bring it along and park it in our featured lineup, or simply stop by to enjoy the show, grab a coffee, and tour our model homes. Whether you're a lifelong car enthusiast or just looking for a relaxed morning out in North Scottsdale, this event welcomes car lovers, neighbors, and homebuyers alike.

While you're on-site, take the opportunity to explore The Edge at Joy Ranch, an intimate North Scottsdale community of just 52 homesites set on approximately ¾ acre and bordering the Tonto National Forest. Every home here is designed around contemporary desert architecture, expansive single-level floor plans, and thoughtfully planned indoor-outdoor living spaces that take full advantage of the surrounding views.

From sculptural design details to seamless transitions between indoor living areas and outdoor courtyards, The Edge offers a fresh take on modern desert living unlike anything else currently available in the North Scottsdale market. Walk through our fully finished model homes, ask our team any questions about available homesites, and get a feel for what life at The Edge could look like.

This is a family-friendly, low-key morning — no pressure, just good coffee, great cars, and a firsthand look at one of North Scottsdale's most sought-after new communities. Grab your coffee, park your car, and stay as long as you like — we hope to see you there.
