Grown by farmers organized through the traditional Subak Abian (SA) cooperative system, these beans are hand-picked and nurtured in volcanic loam soil before undergoing a meticulous wet-hulled, two-step sun-drying process on raised beds—enhancing its distinctive character.

With varietals including Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor, harvested from May to October, Hyper Reserve delivers a premium experience that’s as rare as it is powerful. Expect a cup that is bold yet smooth, with tasting notes of baker’s chocolate, orange peel, juniper, molasses, and a clean finish.
